HERITAGE CLINIC Heritage Clinic is committed to providing excellent mental health services to the older adult community in San Diego and Los Angeles County and to reaching elders where they live. Toward this end, Heritage Clinic utilizes a Field Capable Clinical Services approach to establish relationships with older adults as the first step in identifying and moving toward desired change. Services include mental health and substance abuse screening, benefits establishment, in-home and outpatient psychotherapy, medication, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, hands-on linkage to existing community resources, family and caregiver support, crisis intervention and peer counseling. Our multi-disciplinary team is committed to providing you culturally competent, strength-based treatment and services. An important component of this commitment is recognizing that many of our clients have a family history of alcohol and drug problems or have experienced this in their own lives. We want you to know that when talking to your clinician about both mental health and alcohol and drug concerns these discussions will be treated with the utmost respect. We want to work with you as you begin to share and identify your concerns; together we can develop a plan to make positive changes. |

Para este fin, Heritage Clinic utiliza la metodologia Servicios Clinicos de Sitio (Field Capapable Services) creando conexiones.Nuestros servicios incluyen pruebas de salud mental y de abuso de drogas, determinación de beneficios, psicoterápia en el hogar y como paciente externo, medicación, pruebas psiológicas y neuropsicológicas, enlace con los recursos en la comunidad, apoyo para la familia y cuidadores, intervención de crisis y consejería entre compañeros.
