IN-HOME AND OUTPATIENT
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Gero-Net and Heritage Clinic, programs offered
at the Center For Aging Resources, provides psychotherapy and other
psychological services to meet the special needs and circumstances of older
adults and frail older adults.
SERVICES OFFERED

In-home
psychotherapy for frail seniors.

Psychotherapy for
older individuals, couples, families, and groups.
·
Coordination of
care with other agencies involved and limited case management.
·
Community outreach
and referrals.
·
Psychological
assessment and neuropsychological evaluations.
HOURS AVAILABLE
The Center is open
Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Appointments are available by arrangement in clients’ homes or at the
Center for Aging Resources.
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?
Seniors aged 55 or older and their
families.
HOW DO I PAY?
Gero-Net services are available for low-income
seniors, and are funded through the Short-Doyle plan of the County of Los
Angeles. Medi-Cal is accepted. Heritage Clinic services are available on a
sliding scale basis. MediCare and other insurances are accepted.
